"Julie’s in depth knowledge of family ministries and church leadership was invaluable in helping the Maranatha Community Fellowship leadership team identify our strengths and weaknesses in this area. This can be a very arduous process, but Julie walked our team through the process in a way that provided hope and encouragement to the team. Viewing our ministry with fresh set of eyes from the outside has helped unify our team’s focus on not only the families currently attending our church, but also in reaching the unchurched families in our community. With Julie's guidance we are now implementing the recommended infrastructure and training improvements needed to support the staff, volunteers and families affected by these ministries.
